Culinary teams (students) will demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities in restaurant operations. This competition will evaluate students industry knowledge, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, writing, and presentation skills utilizing a restaurant case study. The competition allows students to serve as foodservice consultants.
