The Füri history in brief:

Mechanical Engineer, Mark Henry, teamed up with Chefs ten years ago to revolutionize professional knives by researching handle shapes to reduce fatigue, new alloys to improve sharpen-ability, and new construction methods that would make knives tougher and more hygienic.

Füri Equippe accessories are mostly world-firsts, and designed by the engineers and chefs at Füritechnics to solve old kitchen problems in new and better ways.

Füri knives and accessories are increasingly being used by European and US VIP chefs (Nigella Lawson, Michael Chiarello, Kathy Casey), and are beginning to be taken on by some of the flagship retailers (Neiman Marcus Chefs Catalog, NapaStyle Catalog, cooking.com, CulinaryCultures.com, Sur le Table).

Füritechnics is a kitchen tool engineering company, and we are constantly researching and developing new innovations for serious cooks.
