Raising the  Culinary BAR

Designed

In Australia by engineers & chefs, the Füri pro knife range solves the common

problems of traditional knives.  Füri pro knives are called revolutionary, because only

combines the following important features & benefits.....

Hygiene

One piece seamless construction means no handle gaps or seams for

food or germs to hide: very easy to keep clean.

Durability

One piece seamless construction means no rivets or handle pieces to fall apart or melt:

lifetime warranty for manufacturing or material defects.

Comfort

Patented ergonomic handle shape fits the hand naturally, chefs with arthritis helped us

design the most light comfortable & usable handle ever.

Grip

Unique wedge shape resists slip toward the blade even with we or oily hands, handle surface

has vertical microgrooves to give extra 'stiction' & grip.

Sharpening Ease

Made from high carbon stainless steel alloy (0.35% C: 13% Mn: 0.6% Si) with a

tempered hardness of HRC52 which holds its edge like CrMoV knives,

but is much easier to sharpen, tougher & less likely to snap or chip.

Created by an Australian Mechanical Engineer

Mark Henry, in collaboration with award-winning chefs, Furi has won raves from culinary professionals

for: Hygienic quality. Seamless construction means no gaps or crevices to trap food

particles. Easy to clean.  Durability. Each knife is a single piece of stainless steel from tip to

heel -- no joints or pieces to come apart. Comfort. Chefs with arthritis helped design the ergonomic

handle, and each knife is expertly balanced so even larger designs are comfortable to use.

 Patented handle

is designed to keep your hand from slipping toward the blade (even when skin is wet or oily). It combines a

distinctive wedge shape -- narrower at the heel, widening toward the bolster -- with vertical micro-grooves for

the Füri pro and polypropylene thrermoplastic rubber for the Quantum line molded around a full length tang.

that "grab" the hand. A finger groove behind the bolster enhances control.

Edge retention

Blades are made of a new high-carbon stainless steel alloy that stays sharp longer than other materials,

while making the knife easy to sharpen.
